Meze Audio announces the STRADA, a $799 closed-back dynamic
Meze puts its latest dynamic driver technology into a closed-back chassis built for travel, at $799, below the planar 109 PRO and POET in its range.

Meze Audio has announced the STRADA, a closed-back headphone at $799 using the company's latest dynamic driver technology, presented as a design built for use away from a desk.
Meze's catalogue now spans planar and dynamic designs in both open and closed configurations, which makes the STRADA's position inside its own range as interesting as its position against competitors. Portability claims are also the hardest thing to read from an announcement: isolation, clamp and how the seal survives a day of wear decide it, and none of those appear on a spec sheet.
